For as long as I can remember, I have had trouble sleeping. I tried many things. Some helped a little; most did nothing. One night, after another long day and another product that didn’t work, I decided to try making my own.
That night, Sleepty was born. It started as a small test. For six months, I mixed herbs, tried sleep products, and kept trying until I found a product that finally worked. When it did, I knew it was something I should share.
Now it’s here — a simple tea made with care, many products to come, and a real hope that it helps you (and your friends) get good rest at night.
